NABA Technology d.o.o. strives to make its website (www.nabatech.eu) accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (“Narodne novine”, No. 17/19; hereinafter: the Act), which transposes the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016.).

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

This statement was prepared on October 6, 2020, based on the Template for the Accessibility Statement, which complies with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

The assessment of compliance with accessibility requirements was conducted through testing and evaluation by blind and visually impaired individuals from the company Tiflo Globus, along with an automated accessibility check using various available tools and an internal evaluation.

NABA Technology d.o.o. will regularly review this statement and update it as soon as the reasons for any inaccessible content are resolved.
